Please be aware that bookings will not be confirmed until a payment type is indicated.
- If paying by credit card, the credit card number and expiry date must be supplied within 5 days of the booking being made otherwise the booking will be cancelled
- Any payments of cash or EFTPOS will also require a $100 bond to be paid on arrival. This $100 is refunded to the guest once an inspection of the unit has been carried out upon departure.
Bayview Tower adopts the following policy when dealing with the cancellation of a holiday booking:
- If the booking is cancelled 48 hours or more prior to the planned date of arrival no charges will be incurred
- If the booking is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, in the case of credit card payments, an administration fee of $25.00 (which is the cost of processing the booking, receipting, banking and cancelling the booking) will be charged as well as the cost of one night’s accommodation if it is not re-let for the full duration of the original planned stay
- Confirmed Bookings – credit card payment style bookings cannot be confirmed until the credit card details are provided. Cash payment style bookings must ring Bayview to confirm their booking 48 hours prior to their planned departure otherwise the booking will be cancelled
- Any in house guest who wishes to check out earlier than their scheduled departure date will receive a refund at the discretion of the manager
- The letting agent and the owner have first right of refusal for all bookings held. In the event of an owner refusing a booking no cancellation fee will be charged
